These terms govern your use of broaderconnections.com. Services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written proposal and agreement; if anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. Please don't misuse it, for example by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or submit false information through our forms.

Examples and results

Campaign examples shown on this site are concepts. Business names in them are illustrative, and they do not represent real clients or guaranteed results. Social media and advertising results depend on many factors, including platform changes, budgets and market conditions, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Pricing

Prices on this site are starting points and may change. Your exact price, scope and timeline are confirmed in a written proposal before any work begins.

Client engagements (summary)

• Term. Management plans start with a three-month initial term, then continue month to month. Either party may end the engagement with 30 days' written notice.
• Onboarding. A one-time onboarding fee equal to one month's plan is billed at signing.
• Billing. Monthly plans are invoiced at the start of each month. Late invoices may pause active work.
• Ad spend. Advertising budgets are charged by the ad platforms directly to the client. We never mark up ad spend.
• Ownership. Your pages, ad accounts and data belong to your business. Final deliverables transfer to you on payment, subject to any third-party licenses (for example stock images, fonts or music).
• Confidentiality. We keep client strategy, performance data and unreleased work confidential.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, design, logo and graphics, belongs to Broader Connections LLC or its licensors. Sample-work photos are used under their stated licenses. Please don't copy or reuse site content without permission.

Third-party links and platforms

This site may link to or mention third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google. We're not responsible for their content, policies or changes to how they work.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Broader Connections LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
